Spirit Threads is the title and theme of this collection. It refers to the intricate design of our soul and spirit. The threads that unite our character, aura and energy is constantly in development and weaving. We experience the rips that tear our seams everyday due to overall stress. Ultimately our journey in life should lead us to find peace deep within our soul and to realize that we are the only ones that are able to heal and tighten the threads that weave our spirit. In each song there is hope, charisma, optimism, and gratefulness. I've always lived my life being grateful for what I have.

About the songs:

Chaos in the Energy Flowing System confronts my inner lack of confidence in the world of creative expression. Will I be able be ultimately fulfilled as a creative individual?

John Q. Public confronts one’s insecurities with society and struggles with social anxiety.

I Miss You is a song of struggle, emptiness, and losing grip with something great, but in the end recognizing that it is ones own fault for letting something good go.

The Hermit admits and embraces the creative introvert that I am.

New Vitality is based on my relationship with a friend I had. She was very selfish and it was always about her. I couldn’t never get a word in.

Not Gonna Do It describes various scenarios of people self absorbed in the physical aspects of this world.

Bandwagon - is a song about following what is true to your heart and not because everyone else is doing it.

Spirit Threads - This song unravels personal struggles with depression, sleep disorder, and relationship commitment. The song switches between affliction and animation. A bipolar feel to the song as I try to convince myself that everything is going to be ok. In the end, I am holding on to life and a relationship by a thread, a spirit thread, with purpose and spiritual meaning.

Scattered January - Overall, a song about my fears of getting older. January is my birthday month and the beginning of the calendar year, usually when people make resolutions.

The Evergreen Peace - my appreciation to nature, aesthetic awareness and perception, my dedication to God

Ugly/Enigma- A song about being rejected, then accepting it.
